Can I use a domain I already own?

Yes. You keep ownership of your domain and simply point its mail settings to MineMail. We’ll guide you through each step.

Can you help move my existing email?

Absolutely. We can help bring over your existing messages and folders, then make sure your devices are connected correctly.

Will it work with my current email app?

MineMail is designed to work with standard email apps through IMAP and SMTP, alongside our clean webmail experience.

Do you scan email for advertising?

No. We don’t use the contents of your mailbox to build an advertising profile. Your inbox is a tool, not an ad surface.

What happens if I need help?

You can reach a real person by email. Team and Studio plans also include guided migration support.
